That's right! After several months of plooshing inactivity, there are new ploosh coming! I will also be putting up pictures of my hats up here, for which I will be enlisting the help of models. In other words, if I give you a hat for Christmas, you are automatically signed up to show it off a bit here on dA. I think that's a fair trade.

Ehem. As I said, there are ploosh coming! Yay! The reason that the pictures of the already made ploosh, and the ploosh designs, are not up yet is that my camera is not wanting to connect to anyone's computer right now, so we have to get a new cord/jump drive thing. So yeah.

But anyway... the ploosh are so cool. I don't know where the idea came from, but I'm sure glad that it did! I'm calling them Kattrons right now and they are made of win. They are all handsewn with exterior stitching, which takes a lot longer than machine sewing, but looks cooler too. At least for plooshies. The bodies are sort of an egg shape, but with flatter sides and cat ears at the top. They then each have their own face and flair sewn (and in many cases, partially drawn) on. So far, I have designed about a dozen Kattrons and made three of them: Yoko, Dorian and Tango. I'm giving Dorian away as a Christmas present tonight, despite the fact that I love him to bits and he's just about one of the cutest things I've ever made ever. He's made of cream colored polar fleece and he has little diamond stripes in gold on his sides (this will make more sense when I upload pictures). He also has three eyes. And he's slightly fat. He's so cute!
